Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with your Wellbeing Coach.
Terms
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Tree of Life Wellbeing Coaching will be referred to as "Wellbeing Coach(s)", "I", "The company", "my company", and "the Business" The purchaser will be referred to as "You", "the customer" or "the client."
Purchasing extra Sessions
Extra session purchases can be made at the prices indicated on our purchase page. Please contact me with your requirements and I will do my best to accommodate your needs, provided these fit in with in the needs of the business.
Payments
All payments must be made in full prior to any wellbeing sessions being undertaken, unless otherwise stated. After payment you will receive a receipt for any payment of sessions you make.
Cancellations
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any wellbeing coaching workshop/1:1 sessions. This can be made directly through the contact details given in the information pack and listed on this website. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made available to you. Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and myself.
Complaints
If for any reason you are unhappy with your wellbeing session or service please email me with the full details for my consideration. As your Wellbeing Coach I cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. I may at any advise you to consult with your doctor should any mental health or medical condition arise.
Refunds
If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete any wellbeing coaching sessions, you will be considered for a refund on any outstanding sessions, dependent on evidence provided by an appropriate medical professional. I reserve the right to issue refunds at my discretion.
Customer Information Storage
I reserve the right to store any customer contact details and information, in accordance with GDPR, until such a time as it is deemed that I do not require the information.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct information to me at the time of purchase, and my records will be kept correct to these details at time of receipt of said.
I will not keep customer information longer than it is required necessary to do so for the needs of the business.
Any customer access to information request will be actioned no later than 2 months after the initial request is made, dependent upon the complexity of the request made.
Confidentiality
All information shared between the customer and the company and it's representatives will be held confidentially with the following exceptions:
- It is deemed that the information shared may cause harm to yourself or others.
- The information pertains to illegal or illicit behaviors and / or material.
- The information is required to be provided by a court of law or legal authorities.
- Advice is to be sought by our wellbeing coach(s) by other professional bodies, or professional advice is to be sought out by our wellbeing coach(s) of another professional body.
