What is group coaching?
Group coaching involves bringing together individuals to collectively strive towards a common wellbeing objective. Participants collaborate to gain new perspectives, provide mutual support, and progress towards specific wellbeing targets. Engaging with like-minded individuals can be remarkably impactful, especially when sharing similar backgrounds or facing comparable life obstacles. I will lead discussions on well-being within the group to bring forth diverse perspectives, insights, and wisdom that foster learning, development, and advanced problem-solving. My Wellbeing Workshops are designed to lead you through various skills and techniques for self-care and wellbeing. These workshops offer a platform for brainstorming, interactive learning, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

- Self Reflection
I do not believe that you can successfully move forward in your life if you do not understand your past.
This is not a beat yourself up session, it's a session to look back at the past and see events where you achieved what you wanted and events that didn't go so well and what you can change going forward.
- Goal Setting and action planning
By having goals in place, we drastically improve our chances of success. Why are we setting goals. Lots of us have dreams. We know what makes us happy, what we’d love to try out, and we may have a vague idea of how we’d go about it. But setting clear goals can be beneficial in several ways, above and beyond wishful thinking.
Now you have personally meaningful life goals designed and we can start thinking about different potential pathways for achieving them. What actions do you need to take?
- Resilience
Life is full of ups and downs, and navigating through challenges is an inevitable part of the human experience. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, overcome obstacles, and thrive in the face of difficulties. It is a skill that can be cultivated and strengthened, empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience.
- Re-framing
Reframing is a strategy that people can use to help adjust their mindset. It involves focusing on more positive thoughts, but it can also be centered on changing excessively high expectations to be more realistic. This could involve thinking about a benefit or upside to a negative situation that you had not considered.
- Empowerment
Empowerment is the process of becoming more confident and prepared to make important decisions and complete tasks. Throughout your life, you may have a variety of opportunities to empower both yourself and other people. Empowerment sets people up for success in major ways by enabling them to: Experience continual growth and Align their vision and values.
- Priorities
It helps ensure you're steadily progressing toward your goals. You can remain productive and feel less overwhelmed by prioritizing your tasks and using your energy wisely. If you set priorities, you can also relieve stress, as you can proceed with daily routines in a prepared, efficient, and relaxing manner.
- Self Care
Lets take a moment to look at you. Who are you? Do you really give enough credit to who you are at this very moment? Have you celebrated all of your accomplishments so far the big and the small? What do you need to put in place so this becomes a regular habit?
- Motivation
How are you going to stay motivated. Everyone has dreams and aspirations, but not everyone has the motivation to pursue them. Often, people get caught up in the day-to-day grind of life and lose sight of their goals. However, staying motivated is key to achieving your life goals.
