Welcome and Introduction.  Define your wellbeing goals and establish a timeline for their achievement. Craft a vivid vision. Are these aspirations aligned with your core values? Are they SMART wellbeing objectives?

 

*Session 2

Create an Action Plan. Identify the tasks required to reach your wellbeing goals. What steps can you take today, tomorrow, next week, and beyond? Celebrate every accomplishment, no matter how small!

 

*Session 3

Review Progress. Reflect on your achievements. Do you need to adjust your approach? Set new tasks and celebrate your successes.

 

*Session 4

Your Toolbox. Discover strategies and tips to support your wellbeing journey, focusing on accountability, motivation, and prioritization.

 

*Session 5

Review Progress. Reassess your accomplishments. Is there a need for change? Set new tasks and honor your achievements.

 

*Session 6

Your Toolbox. Explore further strategies and tips for your wellbeing journey, emphasizing empowerment, resilience, and self-care.

 

*Session 7

Review Progress. Evaluate your completed tasks. Are adjustments necessary? Set new tasks and celebrate your wins.

Evaluation. Reflect on what has flourished and what has faltered. How will you adapt your approach moving forward? Set new tasks and celebrate your journey.
